Important Notes:
Audio output requires a source device manufactured after April 2010. Earlier models (such as 2009 MacBook/MacBook Pro) do not support audio over Mini DisplayPort.
This adapter is uni-directional – works only from Mini DisplayPort source to HDMI display.
